Our Award Badge which was designed by Aqua Design  Group will enable us to hold an Award every Monday for women in business.  In order to be in with a chance of winning, we are asking Twitter followers to RT & Tweet us using the hash tag #womaninbiz from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm where one lucky businesses will be chosen as our winner of the day to be promoted the following working day, where they were chosen on the Friday, they will be promoted on the Monday. The daily winners may use the badge on Twitter only.



Between the hours of 5pm and 7pm on the Monday evening, it will be decided which of those five (5) businesses will be chosen to win #womaninbiz of the week.  It is then our intention for the winning business to receive our #womaninbiz badge to be displayed on Twitter and their website.

Monthly

Monthly winners will be chosen from the previous 4 weekly winners, those who are the most proactive at promoting themselves, #womaninbiz and other followers via RT's and ShoutOuts.  The winner of the Monthly Award will then received our badge for Twitter and their website and 3 months free advertising on our website.

Annually



We will be holding the Best Business Award annually for the best business chosen from those who have won our weekly #womaninbiz Award.   We will announce the three businesses which will be put forward for nomination  on Twitter using the hash tag #AWBBAward in November 2013.   The winner will receive a badge to be displayed on their website and will receive 1 year free advertising on the website.

Our Mission



It is our mission to be able to hold annual events where the nominees for #AWBBAwards will be able to attend an evening of awards where the nominees will receive a reward for their accomplishments. At the moment this is our dream.  We want to be able to make this our reality. 



Rules For Entry



1. Entrants must be a woman in business, that runs her own business either on her own or with another woman in business.



2. Each entrant must have their own website which clearly outlines who they are and what the nature of the business is.



3. Each entrant must RT and Tweet us using the hash tag #womaninbiz several times throughout the day in order to be in with a chance of winning our daily #womaninbiz of the day.



4. Winners must display the winning badge on their  website to include a link back to our website.



5. Entrants can enter as many times as they wish as long as they adhere to our rules.



6. All entrants must accept the above rules and on entry you agree that you have read and agree to the above rules.



7. Where Awarding Women In Business discovers that any entrant has breached the above rules, they will be removed from the awards and or asked to stop displaying the badge on their website and will be invoiced for any advertising placed on our website.
